Shane Workman, Founder & CEO of Permian Peak Performance

Marine Corps veteran. Twenty-one years in the Permian Basin oil & gas service industry. Senior sales executive responsible for a fourteen-person team and over $130M in annual revenue. Precision Nutrition Certified Coach. Founder of Thrive Wellness.

Shane Workman is a long-time Midland resident and lifelong operator. He served four years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps before transitioning to a seven-year career in outside sales, after which he and his family settled in Midland, Texas. Over the past twenty-one years, Shane has built his career in the oil and gas service industry, holding progressive operations and sales leadership roles with only two companies. He currently serves as U.S. Sales Manager for a large private directional drilling company.

The vision for Permian Peak Performance is grounded in Shane's own transformation. Five years ago, frustrated with his fitness, energy, and overall health, he partnered with a coach whose program reshaped his approach to training, nutrition, and recovery. Over the four years that followed, Shane expanded that journey into structured hormone optimization and peptide therapy — the combined effect of which he describes as life-changing.

Through Thrive Wellness, his coaching practice, Shane has helped hundreds of men find balance through strength training, nutrition, and lifestyle change. Permian Peak Performance is the clinical evolution of that work — purpose-built to bring structured medical optimization to the men and women of the Permian Basin under licensed clinical supervision.

Texas operates under one of the strictest Corporate Practice of Medicine doctrines in the country. The Company will use a three-entity Management Services Organization model — the well-established structure used by virtually every non-physician-owned medical practice in the state.

The Operating Company

Investor capital is aggregated through Investor Holdings LLC, which holds a 30% interest in Permian Peak Performance, LLC — the Operating Company that owns the brand, technology, and non-clinical operations. Profit accrues here.

Where Medicine Is Practiced
The Friendly PLLC

A separate Texas professional entity, Peak Performance Medical, PLLC, employs all clinical staff and is owned 100% by a licensed Texas physician serving as Medical Director. Patient revenue lands here first, with the Operating Company compensated by a fair-market-value management fee.
